Join us on Saturday May 16, 2026, to experience an old-time soda fountain (with natural ingredients) and to learn how to make wildcrafted vinegars and oxymels/shrubs. We will learn how to use vinegars creatively in daily life. You will make and take a quart of your own vinegar.
